This Bill seeks to amend the Virgin Islands Recovery and Development Agency Act, 2018, No. 1 of 2018 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”): to rename the Virgin Islands Recovery and Development Agency to the Virgin Islands Development Agency; to provide the renamed Agency with an expanded mandate for long-term sustainable development, economic diversification, infrastructure planning and climate resilience; and to provide for other matters connected therewith.
